Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other local delivery services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order, which means we need a bit of time to prepare your items.
Processing time typically takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
We appreciate your patience while we carefully create your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes between 10 to 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to factors such as local delivery conditions, customs clearance, or weather delays.

Shipping Fees

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for all orders.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by following our Return & Refund Policy.

Missing Orders

After your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking link.
  2. Track your package using the provided tracking number.
  3. If you encounter any issues or the tracking information is unclear, please contact our support team for assistance.

Please keep in mind that tracking systems may sometimes experience delays in updating real-time information.

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Important notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
  • You must provide a tracking number for the returned package.
  • Custom-made products are eligible for exchange only.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days and notify you by email.
