What’s the Return Address?

Before sending anything back, please reach out to us at support@mionastee.com. We’ll provide the correct return instructions based on your order.

Will All My Items Arrive Together?

Not always. To speed up delivery, some items may ship separately depending on where they’re made or stocked. Don’t worry—if your order arrives in parts, the rest is on the way!

Which Size Should I Choose?

Each T-shirt has a unique fit. To get the best fit, please refer to the size chart provided on each product page. We recommend measuring a shirt you already love and comparing it to our chart.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

We allow changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
To request an update, email us at support@mionastee.com as soon as possible. After this window, we begin processing and can’t make changes.

Can I Add More Items to an Order I Already Placed?

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to add items or adjust the total. But here’s what you can do:

  • Place a new order for the additional items.
  • Or, cancel your existing order (within 24 hours) and place a new one with everything included.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?

If you just placed your order, email us right away—we’ll do our best to update your address.
If it’s already shipped, unfortunately, we can’t make changes. However, if your package is shipped via USPS, you may be able to use their Mail Forwarding service to redirect the delivery.

I Didn’t Get a Confirmation Email. Was My Order Successful?

Please check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders. Sometimes our confirmation emails get filtered.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track it anytime using the tracking number provided.

Please note: It may take 7–10 business days for tracking to update due to carrier processing delays. But rest assured—we’ve got you covered with our 30-day buyer protection.
