I. Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date your T-shirt is delivered to request a refund.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all labels or tags attached.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Items with missing parts or not in their original condition.
- Custom-made or personalized designs (unless defective).
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@mionaste.com with your order details to get approval.
- Once approved, print your order confirmation and the return label we provide.
- Pack the T-shirt securely in its original packaging.

3. Processing Time & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If it’s been more than 7 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your card provider for processing time details.

II. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- In original packaging with tags attached.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items.
- Custom or made-to-order T-shirts (unless they arrived defective).
- Items missing labels or packaging.

III. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, please email support@mionaste.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
IV. Additional Notes
- Return shipping fees are not covered by us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
- We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method.
