Cancellation Policy

At Mionaste, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order. We’re happy to assist—please review the following policy carefully.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, your order will be sent into production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

How to Submit a Request

To request a cancellation or order modification, please:

  1. Gather the following information:
    • The email address used to place your order
    • Your order number (included in your confirmation email)
    • Details of your cancellation or the changes you’d like to make
  2. Send an email to support@mionastee.com
    • Use the subject line: Modify/Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your request is approved within the allowed timeframe:

  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We strive to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
